MEC provides education and migration consultancy services, including but not limited to:
- School search and applications (Singapore, Japan, and other regions)
- Visa, Permanent Residence (PR), and Citizenship applications
- Job search and professional preparation
- Business-to-business support services
Services are tailored to individual clients and may be updated or modified without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of someone else (e.g., a child or dependent), you represent that you have legal authority to do so.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using MEC services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
- Ensure that all required documents are submitted on time
- Comply with relevant immigration, education, and employment regulations
- Acknowledge that final decisions (e.g., school admissions, visa approvals) are at the sole discretion of third-party institutions and authorities
4. Fees and Payments
- Fees for each service are communicated clearly before service commencement.
- All fees are non-refundable once the service has begun unless otherwise stated.
- MEC reserves the right to change service fees at any time, with prior notice to clients.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy

6. Limitations of Liability
MEC is not liable for:

9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any client who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
